IECE Launches New Journal: Journal of Computing Intelligence

Announcement‌   Viewed: 245

‌‌‌The IECE Council has approved a proposal from the IECE Publications Commission to establish a new journal focused on computing intelligence. The journal is dedicated to publishing cutting-edge research that pushes the boundaries of computing intelligence, serving as a vital platform for both theoretical exploration and practical application. The new journal will begin accepting submissions for peer review starting in September 2024.

Aims & Scope

Journal of Computing Intelligence (JCI) is an international peer-reviewed journal that dedicated to publishing cutting-edge research that pushes the boundaries of computing intelligence, serving as a vital platform for both theoretical exploration and practical application. Our vision is to build a dynamic community that bridges the gap between academia and industry, fostering collaborations that will ignite the next wave of innovation.

Computing intelligence stands at the crossroads of computational systems and intelligent algorithms, where the integration of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and distributed computing is unlocking new potential across various domains. This emerging field seeks to expand the boundaries of how systems can autonomously learn, adapt, and make decisions, leading to significant advancements in complex problem-solving, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems. As we embark on this journey, computing intelligence holds the promise to revolutionize industries, enhance human-computer interactions, and create more resilient, adaptive, and intelligent systems.

The field of computing intelligence is characterized by rapid innovation, driven by breakthroughs in deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and quantum computing. These advances are not just incremental; they represent paradigm shifts that challenge existing paradigms and open up new research frontiers. The scope and scale of problems that computing intelligence can address are vast, encompassing everything from autonomous systems and smart cities to healthcare, finance, and beyond. The dynamic nature of this field underscores the need for a dedicated platform where cutting-edge research, innovative ideas, and future directions can be shared and discussed.
