The IECE Council has approved a proposal from the IECE Publications Commission to establish a new journal focused on network systems. The new journal will begin accepting submissions for peer review starting in October 2024.
Aims & Scope
IECE Transactions on Emerging Trends in Network Systems is an international peer-reviewed journal that reflects the cutting-edge research and insights that contribute to advancing emerging technologies and innovative practices in network systems. The journal aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering researchers, practitioners, and policymakers a platform to disseminate knowledge and foster collaboration in the rapidly evolving technological landscape. The journal publishes articles in all areas related to the network systems including, but not limited to, the following suggested topics:
• Emerging Technologies: In-depth exploration of groundbreaking technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), quantum computing, and advanced materials.
• Innovation Strategies: Examining frameworks, methodologies, and strategies that drive organizational innovation, emphasizing practical applications and real-world case studies.
• Interdisciplinary Research: Encouragement of research that integrates multiple disciplines, including engineering, computer science, social sciences, and business, to provide comprehensive insights into technology innovation.
• Societal Impact and Ethics: Analysis of the social, economic, and ethical implications of emerging technologies, addressing sustainability, privacy, and social equity issues.
• Applications in Industry: Focus on applying advanced technologies in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and environmental science, showcasing how innovations can solve complex challenges.
Submission Guidelines: Original research articles, reviews, and case studies aligning with the journal’s focus are welcome. All manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the highest quality of published content.
