Summary
Dr. Jinchao Chen is an Associate Professor in School of Computer Science at Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China. He has received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the same institution in 2016. He focuses on the multi-processor scheduling, embedded and real-time systems, simulation and verification, decision-making and intelligent control of unmanned aerial vehicles, human-computer interaction systems. He has over 50 papers and 4 ESI highly-cited papers published in international conferences and journals (e.g., IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Real-Time Systems Symposium). He is the Editor-in-Chief of ASP Transactions on Computers and ASP Transactions on Computers, and the Academic Editor of International Journal of Aerospace Engineering. He is a TCP member of many conferences and regular reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, and Concurrency and Computation Practice and Experience. He is a member of IEEE and CCF.

Abstract
This study delves into the translation history and profound influence of the renowned popular science book, 'One Two Three… Infinity,' within the Chinese context. Initially published in 1946, its introduction to China was delayed until 1978 due to the Cultural Revolution (1966-1976), which impeded the development of the popular science publishing sector. Abstract
In the context of university-level English education, the instruction on the exploration and understanding of proper names found on websites is critical yet often neglected. This study examines the flawed approaches adopted by students in navigating proper names online, which primarily involve limited and inappropriate website selection, and inaccurate methods for interpreting these names. This system, combining with recruitment service characteristics of private college, adopts B/S pattern design for private colleges enrollment management system. The system includes PC terminal and mobile terminal access, realizing the display of SVG-based map, fully considering the convenience and friendly interactive interface of the system mobile terminal access, providing online consultation, registration, enrollment, payment, data statistical analysis and other functions, improving the efficiency and accuracy of enrollment data processing, so as to realize the information management of school enrollment.
