The meeting commenced promptly at 3:00 PM. GMT+1, featuring an introductory speech from the host, Professor Kennedy. 

*Inaugural publication*

The EiC encouraged each "Associate Editor" to aim for at least one paper submission, emphasizing that it is our responsibility to ensure the success of the inaugural publication.

Prof. Ahmed Ebid, Dr. Hossein Naghizadeh, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Denise-Penelope N. Kontoni,   Ariel Riofrio, Dr Duc Bui Van, Tammineni Gnananandarao, and others also acknowledged the need for every member to make an effort to submit one paper each.  

The discussion also covered the ISSN number for the journal. The host (EiC) mentioned that we can only obtain the ISSN number if we publish at least five papers. Furthermore, the journal is set to publish quarterly each year.

*2. Review Process*

The EiC advised the editorial board members to be thorough and diligent in reviewing any papers assigned to them. He also emphasized the importance of the quality of submitted papers, stating that it is crucial for achieving Scopus and Web of Science indexing. Professor Arif Ali Baig Moghal proposed a timeline from submission to a decision of a minimum of 45 days. 

The meeting ended with 16 Editorial Board Members in attendance.
