Nestor Ulloa is the Academic Editor (Associate Editor) of the Sustainable Intelligent Infrastructure Journal and Associate Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the “Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH)”, Riobamba, Ecuador. He is a Professor of Materials Science and Engineering, and his research area is the Synthesis and Characterization of Alternative Construction Materials and has published several research papers with national and international collaboration in high-impact journals.
