Noor Rahman received his master’s degree in computer science from the City University of Science & Information Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2021. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the Virtual University of Pakistan. His research interests include image processing, remote sensing, machine learning, and target detection.
