Abstract
In recent years, China's cold chain logistics market has developed rapidly under the strong drive of the growth of food and pharmaceutical cold chains demand, as well as the strong support of government policies. Cold chain distributiIon plays a crucial role in optimal cold chain logistics. The study focuses on company B as the research subject and aims to reduce distribution costs. Abstract
Online reviews are a vital tool for both businesses and customers to understand each other's requirements and to learn about the features and quality of products. This paper uses word frequency statistics and semantic network analysis to analyze the factors affecting consumer satisfaction into five categories: service, quality, logistics, packaging, and price. The research object is text reviews of various products from YuanShengXian's flagship store. The analysis yields a consumer sentiment evaluation for each influencing factor. In public health emergencies, the property personnel of the community have become a key line of defense to ensure the safety of residents. However, in practice, it has been observed that there is often a significant mismatch between the characteristics of these personnel and their roles during such emergencies. The Public Health Events on the Audit Behavior and the Audit Quality: An Empirical Study

Abstract
Public health emergencies have a significant impact on the safety of life and property of the people, and also exert a profound influence on various aspects of Chinese society and economy. In this study, we aim to select public health emergencies that occurred between 2018 and 2021 as empirical data. Using event analysis techniques, we systematically investigate how such emergencies affect the audit behavior of listed companies in China and the quality of their audits. Our findings indicate that public health emergencies have a significant negative impact on audit quality and also affect audit behavior, as evidenced by the increase in audit fees following the outbreak of such emergencies.
